Plesk Sitebuilder (Free!)
Plesk SiteBuilder is a simple browser-based WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) application designed to create and edit websites. Plesk SiteBuilder has hundreds of pre-designed customizable templates for you to choose from. No matter the type of website you are trying to create, there is a template to suite your need.
Sitebuilder includes an easy to use five-step wizard. In addition, the variety of modules make it very powerful and flexible. Create almost any type of site you have in mind with the modules like: Blog, Image Gallery, Guestbook, eShop, SitePal, Forum, Feedback, Registration, RSS Reader, Voting, Script, Area Map, File Download, SiteMap, External Page, and Flash Intro. HTML & CSS
HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) are literally the building blocks of the entire system of websites and webpages. By learning the actual language in which most webpages are written, you will command even much greater power when it comes to making your sites look and function exactly as you want them to. Edit websites with various software and even with simple text editing software like Notepad.
HTML and CSS involve writing and knowing various codes, tags and syntax so you should be ready to invest your time to learn and understand them all. It will surely make you a better web designer and developer. (A more advanced understanding of websites is necessary for this course.)
